These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.naboso.com and all related websites owned or operated by Naboso Technology, Inc. (“Naboso,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 to use the Site and the age of majority to make purchases. You’re responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity.

2) Purchases, Payments & Shipping

  • When you place an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.
  • Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates.
  • Returns, refunds, and warranties are governed by our current policies posted on the Site.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors). If charged, you’ll receive a refund for any canceled portion.

3) Pricing, Availability & Errors

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may correct mistakes or inaccuracies even after an order is submitted.

4) Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, infringing, harassing, deceptive, or harmful activity.
  • No spam, malware, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security.
  • No unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or networks.

5) User Content & Feedback

If you submit reviews, images, or feedback, you grant Naboso a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with the Site and our business, consistent with the Privacy Policy. You represent you own or control the rights to what you submit.

6) Intellectual Property

The Site, products, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Naboso and are protected by IP laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7) Third-Party Services

We may link to or integrate third-party sites/services (e.g., payments, shipping, analytics). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

8) Mobile/SMS Terms

Mobile Terms of Service

The Naboso Technology mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Naboso Technology (“Naboso Technology”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Naboso Technology’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Naboso Technology through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Naboso Technology. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18775861842 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Naboso Technology mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

9) Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naboso and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or products will not exceed the amount you paid to Naboso for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Naboso from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

12) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflicts principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
