Perfect for stretching or Pilates, our Mind Body mat is designed to stimulate and activate the nerves in your feet and hands when they make contact with the mat. This allows you to feel more of the ground beneath you and helps you have a deeper, more solid connection throughout your practice. 

Because the Mind Body mat is designed to be used during exercise, it features our lightest stimulation technology to avoid irritating your knees or elbows.
