Foot Posture Specialist Certification
The foot can tell you more about movement than you may realize.
Foot posture influences how we absorb force, transfer energy, maintain balance, and organize movement from the ground up. Yet foot posture is often assessed too narrowly, focusing only on arch height or static alignment.
The Foot Posture Specialist certification trains movement professionals to assess, interpret, and integrate foot posture into whole-body movement strategy.
This course moves beyond arch height and static alignment. You’ll learn how foot posture influences balance, gait mechanics, pelvic control, and long-term movement resilience.
